Prices are quoted in Canadian dollars, exclude applicable taxes, and are confirmed in writing before any work begins. Advertising spend, phone, messaging, AI usage and other third-party costs are billed separately unless your agreement says otherwise.
3. Free consultations
Our free consultations carry no obligation. Requesting or completing a consultation does not commit you to buying anything, and does not create a client relationship. Recommendations we make during a consultation are general guidance based on the information available to us at the time.
4. No guaranteed results
Marketing, search rankings, advertising performance and lead conversion depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine and platform changes, competition, your market and how your business handles inquiries. We do not guarantee any specific rankings, number of leads, sales or revenue.
5. Using this website
You agree not to:

- Submit false information or someone else's details without their permission
- Send spam, malicious code or automated submissions through our forms

- Cost: message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
- Opt out: reply STOP at any time. You'll get one message confirming you've been unsubscribed, and no further texts.

- Consent is optional: you don't need to agree to texts to use our website or buy our services.
- Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
